  8. │    RBBS-PC Total Access (RBBS-TA) allows     │
  9. │ long distance callers to validate by a very  │
  10. │  special process. RBBS-TA creates for you a  │
  11. │ unique six digit password. That password is  │
  12. │ then printed on a special letter and mailed  │
  13. │ directly to you. When you get the letter you │
  14. │ can call back and use your special password  │
  15. │  to gain access to the system. This process  │
  16. │ is a little slower then the 'instant' access │
  17. │  offered to local callers, but it is still   │
  18. │  quite speedy (2 to 3 days in many cases).   │
